Alex manages the non-clinical aspects of the service and has worked at St Christopher’s for nearly 10 years in a number of roles. He is proud to lead a team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding care to service users and their families, day in and day out, and making every interaction with the service count.
Your Clinical Team
The Clinical Team are responsible to assess your care needs at initial assessment and co-ordinate and review your care plan with you.
Deborah has worked as a nurse in the community for over 20 years. She has worked at St Christopher’s since 2002, specialising in palliative care. Deborah leads on recruiting, training and developing our care workers to understand the complex needs of people with advanced progressive disease and at end of life.
Mary is a nurse with a background in Continuing Health Care in Croydon and supports Deborah in all aspects of clinical team management and our care team.
Helen has worked in the Bromley area for many years, initially as a district nurse and later as a community matron. Helen has a broad range of experience supporting patients and their families, not only in end of life care but also in managing and coordinating care for patients with long term conditions and complex health and social needs.
Sarah joined the Personal Care Team in 2013 as a care worker, progressing to a senior care worker in 2015, and has mentored many of our current care team. In 2018 Sarah started in her current role as a care supervisor.
Julie joined the service in 2015 as a care worker having previously worked as a foster carer. Julie became a senior care worker in September 2016 and became a care Supervisor in February 2018.
Your Operations Team
The Operations Team co-ordinate our care workers and your visits. They are your main point of contact if you have queries related to visit times or cancellations.
Business & Operations Support Lead
Rebecca joined St Christopher’s in 2014 as part of the operations team, having previously worked at other care providers in a similar role. As of 2018, Rebecca took on the leadership of the operations team.
